Characteristic
White to light yellow solid. Melting point 78 ~ 80℃. Sweet, toasty, breading, cooking aromas with fruit and caramel. Soluble in ethanol. Natural products are found in things like fresh pineapple and beef soup.
Application
GB 2760–1996 specifies the permissible use of edible spices. Can be used for baked goods, bread, malt, brown sugar, strawberry, preserves, caramel and other flavors.
