Tartrazine Lake (Food Yellow 4:1)  is also known as Acid yellow 23 aluminum lake (C.I. 19140:1), which is a yellow fine powder, odorless. Light and heat resistance is stronger than lemon yellow. Almost insoluble in water and organic solvents. Dissolve slowly in aqueous solution containing acid and alkali

 

Application:

Tartrazine Lake can be used for fruit juice (flavor) drinks, carbonated drinks, preparation of wine, candy, pastries on color, watermelon sauce cans, green plum, lactic acid bacteria drinks, vegetable protein drinks, candy coating, ice cream.
