Characteristics
This product is a food-specific additive prepare from food-specific anatase titanium dioxide. The product is non-toxic and tasteless, white powder and stable in chemical properties. It has a whitening effect on foods and can also be used in combination with other pigments to produce a soft color. In addition it can shield ultraviolet rays and help to improve the shelf life of foods.
Application
Used as a coating , an additive, a whitening colorant, etc. in food preparation. Mainly used in candy chocolate, cool fruit, instant, jelly, jam, salad dressing, mayonnaise, puffed food, chewing gum and non-sweetener-type solid beverage, concentrated solid beverage, emulsion-containing beverage and so on.
