Sunset Yellow Lake

Characteristics:

Sunset yellow Lake is a fine orange powder. Odorless. Better light and heat resistance than sunset yellow. Insoluble in water and organic solvents

 

Application:

Sunset Yellow  Lake can be used for the coating of greasy food, powdered food (cake powder, powdered juice), icing pastries, pastilles, alone or in combination with other food coloring aluminum. It is also used as printing ink or colorant for paper and plastic food containers and cookware
